Trashcan fires: S. Florida Ave (Lakeland)

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is trying to identify these men in regards to a criminal mischief and theft investigation. On Saturday, May 2nd, around 11 pm, a black Ford F150 parked at pump #15 at the RaceTrac station (6486 South Florida Avenue) in Lakeland.
The driver of the truck (wearing a bright blue Nike shirt) is not believed to have committed any crime, but if we can find him, we might then learn the identity of the other man (wearing dark shorts and shirt) who took a Modelo beer from the cooler (and not paying for it), and started two fires in trashcans.
The truck appears to be an extended cab with chrome front and a bed cover.
