This suspect has been identified as 25-year old Darrin Gilley of Mulberry. Gilley was arrested and booked-in to the Polk County Jail.

The Polk County Sheriff's Office is investigating a theft that occurred in the area of Fitzgerald Rd and S. Florida Avenue in Lakeland.

The theft occurred in the early morning hours of Tuesday, June 11th.
