CRIME: RETAIL THEFT
CRIME SCENE: FAMILY DOLLAR STORE - 1058 BERKLEY RD., AUBURNDALE
POLK COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE CASE #23-15343
On April 11, 2023, at about 8:15 pm, the man in these photos walked into the Auburndale Family Dollar store, and began gathering merchandise.
He placed a box with a portable speaker on the counter and discussed the price with the cashier, indicating that the price was too high. He then took the speaker, and also grabbed a cooler bag and a leather belt, and fled out of the emergency rear door.

The suspect was wearing a gray shirt, blue jeans, sunglasses on his head, and a lanyard around his neck.
