This suspect has been identified as James Few, thanks to more than a FEW tips. Thank you to all who reached out with information.

On August 8th, at about 5:13 PM, the man in this photo committed a residential burglary in the area of Walt Williams Road (near Walt Loop Road) in northeast Lakeland.
The man entered the home and stole prescription drugs and security cameras.
The vehicle in the photo is what he arrived and left in. It is believed to be a blue Dodge Caravan.
