The Polk County Sheriff's Office is investigating a boat & trailer theft that occurred on July 18th at about 10:05 pm, from Florida RV Sales (6895 SR 60 West, Mulberry).
The stolen boat is a 25' 2015 Grady White model 257 and sat on a 25' slide-on trailer. This boat is powered by twin 150hp Yamaha outboard motors.
Other stolen items include an ACR rapid ditch bag and emergency personal locator GPS, an Ocean Signal EPIRB GPS locating beacon, and a Uniden VHF radio.
The suspect vehicle is a white cargo van (pictured), possibly a newer model Chevy Express.
