SOLVED: Car burglar in the Cedarcrest neighborhood.

Thanks to several tips, this suspect has been identified as Joshua Goodson. He has been charged with burglary of conveyance, attempted burglary of conveyance, and petit theft. There was no need to transport him to the jail because he was already there on unrelated charges. Thank you to everyone who submitted tips.

Someone has to recognize this thieving fellow; the photo is pretty good.
Our suspect here committed burglaries and thefts in the Cedarcrest neighborhood (just off of Duff Road) in Lakeland, on July 17th, just after midnight.
It appears that he has a tattoo on his right forearm.
