The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a trailer theft that occurred near Wayne
Road in the Kathleen area of unincorporated Lakeland.
The theft happened on Saturday, June 18th at around 7:00 a.m. when two men in a white Ford pick-up truck stopped at the property. The two men then attached the trailer to the truck and drove away.
The trailer is a 7’ x 16’ 2021 Triple Crown, dual axle, flatbed, 1500 lbs. capacity trailer with wood flooring. Approximately 3 feet from the back of the trailer is a large oil stain.
