The Polk County Sheriff's Office is investigating the theft of an engagement ring from Kay Jewelers (Posner Park) in Davenport, which occurred around 11:20 AM on Wednesday morning, September 22nd.
The suspect (pictured) is described as a Hispanic male, around 35-40 years of age, with dyed blond hair worn in a low bun.
