According to management of the RaceTrac store at 45119 US 27 in unincorporated Davenport, the man in this video committed retail theft of merchandise (non-food item).
The theft occurred on October 19th.
The suspect is described as a white male with dreadlocks and tattoos on both arms. He was accompanied by a young girl.
The suspect left the store in a gray 4-door SUV, travelling north on US 27.
