A Polk County Sheriff's Office detective obtained security video from Walmart and reported that the man in this photo is the one who used the victim's credit card.
The woman in the photo was with the man during the transaction, as well as a child who was wearing a Spessard Holland Elementary shirt.
Attempts have been made at various schools to identify the child, but so far, those attempts have been unsuccessful.
