The Polk County Sheriff's Office needs to know who this man is,
On January 31st at about 5:45 pm, a customer accidentally left a cell phone on the cashier counter at the Family Dollar store (4285 Kathleen Rd, Lakeland) and left the store.
Shortly after that, the phone was picked up by the man you see here, and he left the store with the phone.
Deputies would like to speak to the man about this investigation.
