On Friday, August 23rd, an unknown person attempted car burglaries in the Devonshire Manor neighborhood (off of Banana Road) in Lakeland. He was successful at least once, having stolen some money from one unlocked car.
Security video captured the suspect trying (unsuccessfully) to get into a truck.
