BIKE THEFT: W Belmar in Lakeland

A bicycle theft occurred on Friday, March 20th at 1:30 in the afternoon. The bicycle was stolen from the front yard of a residence on Belmar Street West in Lakeland, and the theft was captured on security video.
From the video, we have obtained a still photo of the suspect.
