The Polk County Sheriff's Office is trying to solve a bike theft that occurred on Sunday, October 4th at about 8:30pm, in front of M & J Food Store (1416 Combee Road North) in Lakeland.
Detectives would like to capture the thief responsible and return the bicycle to the 62-year-old victim.
The bicycle is described as a purple (Murray or Huffy) bicycle with basket.
