On Saturday, December 14th, this person ran up to a porch and grabbed a package which had been delivered earlier. This occurred in the Grand Pines East neighborhood in Lakeland, just off of West Campbell Road.
The person took the package and for unknown reasons, threw it to the ground in the front yard and continued running.
