This suspect has been identified as 31-year-old Deonna Stephens, and she was arrested today (5/6/20).

The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is trying to identify this woman, the suspect in a retail theft at the 7-Eleven store at 2707 East US 92 in Lakeland. The theft occurred on Thursday, April 28th at about 1:12 am.
The red-haired woman was accompanied by a white male with facial tattoos who wore a hat with the word “Cartel” on it.
