Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives are seeking the public’s help in the theft of a purse and the use of a stolen credit card in Lakeland and Mulberry.
On Tuesday, September 18, 2018, the victim's car was burglarized, and her purse was stolen. Her credit card was used the same day, around 7:30 p.m., at a Family Dollar store on Pipkin Road in Lakeland, and at a Dollar General store, in the Mulberry area. The suspect who used the card can be seen here in a video surveillance photo.
