At approximately 8:30 a.m. on Friday March 2, 2018, a battery occurred at the Marathon Gas Station located at 628 N Wabash Ave in Lakeland. 

The victim was leaving the business when he was struck in the facial area by an unknown black male suspect. The suspect then repeatedly struck the victim against his will. The suspect is possibly driving a gold SUV, and has the letter “N” tattooed on his chest.
