Polk County Sheriff's Office detectives are seeking the public's help in identifying a suspect involved in a retail theft.

On Wednesday, January 17, 2018, around 8:26 p.m., an unknown suspect walked into the Dollar General Store located at 49571 Highway 27 in Davenport, and he loaded his shopping car up with multiple drink items, and exited the store without paying. He is a black adult male, wearing a black jacket, gray pants and shoes, and is wearing headphones. Surveillance shows him walking south on Hwy 27 pushing the shopping cart.
