The person in the attached photo is not a suspect in a crime, but the Polk County Sheriff's Office is trying to identify him for a criminal investigation case.

The crime occurred on June 12th at about 7:30 PM, at the Circle K store at 205 Commonwealth Avenue in Polk City.

The victim and a woman were in a parked vehicle when they heard a loud pop. The driver-side rear tire was flattened by an unknown person holding some sort of a long tool.

The victim asked the man why he flattened his tire, and the suspect said, "Keep messing with me and next time it will be your knee caps."

The man in the attached photos approached the victim to apologize for the suspect's actions and said that the suspect was having a bad day.

The suspect is described as a white male (he was wearing a black shirt and brown shorts at the time) and he was driving a white Chevy Silverado 1500 (which may have gray spray paint on it).
