CRIME: RETAIL THEFT
CRIME SCENE: NICK & MOE'S OF KATHLEEN (LAKELAND)
POLK COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE CASE 26-8075

The Polk County Sheriff's Office is investigating a retail theft that occurred at the Nick and Moe's store located at 4410 Kathleen Road, Lakeland, just after 8 am on February 24, 2026.

The suspect stole a 12-Pack of Heineken beer, and possibly more.

The witness described the suspect as an Hispanic male who was wearing a white ball cap, blue jeans, white slides, red socks, and a black & red backpack. He fled the area on a dark colored bicycle.
