Polk County Sheriff's deputies are seeking information on the whereabouts of 52-year-old William Ira Tillman, III, who has two Polk County warrants for grand theft, and other warrants for impersonating a law enforcement officer in the commission of a felony, petit theft, and failure to appear.

Tillman goes into stores such as Lowe's and Walmart, and tells associates that he's picking up items for donations to the law enforcement agency where he works (he's not a cop). He even wears something that looks like a badge on a chain around his neck.  He's also been seen wearing a blue Walmart vest.

Tillman has committed actual grand thefts at other stores, and pawned the items.
