Polk County Sheriff's Homicide detectives are seeking information about the homicide of Alphonsa "Nu Nu" Payne, who was killed in the roadway on May 17, 2020, on 40th Street NW, the Inwood area of Winter Haven.
Heartland Crime Stoppers is offering a $15,000 reward for information that leads to the arrest(s) of the suspect(s) responsible.
