Both men have been identified. The black male was identified as Carlos Johnson (AKA: Dontavious Mitchum). He is currently in the Orange County Jail on other charges. The white male was identified as 32-year-old Justin Foster of Deltona. Foster's location is currently unknown, but a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

On February 2nd, just before 9:00 AM, these two suspects entered the Burlington store in Posner Park in Davenport, loaded up a shopping cart, and fled the scene in a gray Mazda 3.

About an hour later, the pair pulled the same type of theft at the Target store, also in Posner Park.
