Retail theft at Circle K on Memorial Blvd in Lakeland

The Polk County Sheriff's Office is investigating a retail theft from the Circle K store located at 2109 Memorial Blvd in Lakeland that occurred during the early morning hours of July 14, 2024.
Just before 3:00 a.m. that morning the suspect removed a 12-pack of Corona beer from the store and fled in a black Infiniti. After a review by detectives and store management, it was revealed that the same suspect came back later that day and stole over $130.00 worth of merchandise.
