CRIME: CAR BURGLARIES & THEFT
CRIME SCENE: JAN PHYL VILLAGE/WINTER HAVEN
POLK COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE CASES #24-22043
On May 29th, PCSO deputies began investigating multiple car burglaries at The Shores at Lake Sears in Winter Haven (Spirit Lake Rd & Winter Lake Rd).
Security video from one of the residences showed the suspect flipping door handles in an attempt to easily burgle two vehicles. Notice how the simple act of locking a car door can foil an attempted burglary. WATCH THE VIDEO HERE
Our suspect in this case is wearing a black hoodie, black face cover, black Nike pants, black Crocs, and black/gray gloves.
This suspect is also believed to have been involved with other recent burglaries in the Jan Phyl Village area of Winter Haven.
