LAKELAND HIGHLANDS: Car Burglaries & Stolen Vehicle

The Polk County Sheriff's Office is investigating numerous car burglaries and thefts, as well as a vehicle theft, which occurred in the Lakeland Highlands area (near Scott Lake) on Friday, June 25th.
From security video obtained by detectives, at least three suspects are responsible. They are believed to be young males.
The suspects were travelling in a dark colored vehicle (unknown make and model).
The stolen vehicle is a white 2016 Ford Fusion.

A possible drunk driver was reported to the PCSO. The caller said that a man kept falling off of his red Harley Davidson motorcycle on Washington Avenue in the Fortress Meade.
