Media Contact : Carrie Horstman

***UPDATE: May 16th***
30-year old Lindsey Murrow of Lakeland was arrested on Sunday, May 15th for this crime. She was charged with burglary and grand theft. An anonymous tipster who saw this video provided Murrow's identity. Murrow told a detective that she took the dog because she thought the dog was malnourished, yet she made no attempt to contact law enforcement or Animal Control about the dog. The dog was located and found to be in good condition. It was returned to the victim.
