On Saturday afternoon, February 9th, two car burglaries were committed at the Lake Gibson Church of Nazarene at 6868 North Socrum Loop Road in Lakeland. 

The suspect in these crimes ran car-to-car, looking into vehicles for valuables, and smashing the windows. 

The suspect had an accomplice driving along side of him in a black Chrysler Pacifica.

Purses, credit cards, ID’s, and personal items were stolen.

Following the burglaries and thefts, two women used one of the stolen credit cards to purchase $500 worth of merchandise from Winn Dixie at 6600 North Socrum Loop Road.
