CRIME SCENE: MULBERRY WALMART, 6745 CHURCH AVE NORTH
POLK COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE CASE 26-28197

On Monday, July 6, 2026, around 6:00 p.m., a Walmart employee witnessed the suspect seen here, standing near the cold food section exposing himself to a 5-year-old little girl. The employee was in the soda aisle. The child's mother was standing near the victim but did not see the lewd act until the employee told her about it then notified his supervisor.
During a review of the video, the suspect can be seen following mother and child down the soda aisle and then into the cold food section where he pulled his genitals out of the zippered portion of his shorts, completely exposing himself. He then grabbed a box and covered himself with it. 

In this video you can see the suspect walking out of the store. He is an older white male wearing a red polo-style shirt, black shorts, and gray shoes.
